The regular zoom meetings offer the opportunity for professional reflection with our certified sociocracy experts and for exchange with other sociocracy users. It is all about reflecting on experiences as a sociocratic facilitator. All participants have the opportunity to test themselves in this group (under supervision) in the sociocratic facilitation. The prerequisite for participation in a study group for sociocratic facilitators is that you have either already participated in module 1 or have experienced CSE-supported implementation of sociocracy in your own organization.
