Fundamentals of sociocracy and effective facilitation (Module 1)
A practice-oriented workshop for more effective meetings and participative organizational structures, and introduction to the Sociocratic Circle-Organization Method (SCM): How can people contribute to organizations, companies, projects or initiatives? How can they be involved in a participatory way, bringing their skills to bear productively, assuming responsibility, and so making a better joint contribution to the achievement of common aims? How can meetings be shorter, more relaxed and decisions be made in such a way that they are transparent and sustainable?
The Sociocratic Circle-Organization Method (SCM) is a concrete, tried and tested organizational model that enables decision-making to gain speed, quality and acceptance.
The contents of the workshop
